The Charleston County Aviation Authority (“Authority”) assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex or creed be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. The Authority further assures every effort will be made to ensure nondiscrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs are federally funded or not.
The Authority has established, pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the following complaint procedure to be used by persons who allege a complaint of a violation of Title VI.
